Overview
Flot Znö Vrët was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1280, by Timlikh Bhineiris. The establishment of Flot Znö Vrët suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Flot Znö Vrët which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Flot Znö Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Flot Znö Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Flot Znö Vrët is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt baked earthen streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Flot Znö Vrët's bare minimum defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Flot Znö Vrët has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Flot Znö Vrët ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Points of Interest
A great magical Working has been a critical part of Flot Znö Vrët since its creation, but now it's beginning to decay. It may function only intermittently, now, or its effects may have curdled into something double-edged. The locals have no idea how to fix it, and indeed, it may not be possible to repair it with modern science or sorcery.
Flot Znö Vrët's roads were poorly made when first laid. Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Flot Znö Vrët suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Flot Znö Vrët was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Flot Znö Vrët. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Flot Znö Vrët lost 245 people, 171 livestock, and 32 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 186, when members of Flot Znö Vrët's militia enacted an operation to deliver a message to another of their nation's army, then reinforce them. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in a crushing defeat for Flot Znö Vrët's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Flot Znö Vrët's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
